Terms and conditions

I pride myself on cleaning to the highest standards using the best quality products and equipment. I am fully insured and DBS checked, this on the update system and welcome to see copies. I am happy to undertake all aspects of domestic cleaning including deep cleans and end of tendency cleans.

Prices

Deep cleans start at £195, Move out/ in or one of cleans start at £250. prices include all professional cleaning products, equipment, insurance, ect. Prices are none negotiable and I do not price match. Weekly and bi weekly cleans based around number of bathrooms and bedrooms.

Task list

I use task list for my weekly and bi weekly cleans. These are general cleans for maintaining and up keeping of you home. The deep clean and move in or out clean task lists provide a different list of task cleaning deeper within your space. These will be provided for you, and I will tick of as I work my way around each task.

Special requests

These are not part of your weekly or bi weekly cleans but can be requested at an additional cost and may need to be booked for an available Saturday. However will be added as part of the move in/ out cleans and deep cleans.

Customer Satisfaction guarantee

if there is any aspect of my work that you are not happy with, please get in touch ASAP and within 24 hours of the clean and i will rectify as soon as I can. I do not provide refunds.

Before i start cleaning

I will view the property to discuss your requirement’s and assess the amount of work evolved. I will email you a quote detailing all the cleaning to be carried out and a fixed price for the works.

On the day

I respectfully ask that the propert is vacated for the duration of the clean. If you work from home, please stay in one room to enable me to complete my work efficiently.

I will do my best to vacuum under/around large furniture, however, i am unable to move heavy or large pieces of furniture such as wardrobes or sofas. if there is a item of furniture you would like cleaned under/ behind you are welcome to move it before I clean.

I am unable to clean properties where there is an infestation(e.g. rats, fleas)

Payment

Full payment(minus any deposit) is required on the day of the clean. You are welcome to pay before your clean if that is more convenient for you. If you repeatedly pay late, i will terminate my services.

Photos and social media

I take ‘before and after’ photos for my customers. I may ask permission to share these online as an advertisement for my work. This completely at your discretion.

Confidentiality

All my work is confidential. i will not tell anyone i clean for you, nor will i discuss any aspect of my work for you with others.

Deposits

A 50% non transferable deposit is required to secure bookings for one off/deep cleans. This secures the date for you. and is not transferable to another date or to another customer/ property. if you cancel the booking, you will lose your deposit.

I mostly work 9 am till 5 pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays I leave for special requests. I will occasionally take a holiday and will give you ample notice.

Cancellations

I you need to cancel your clean, please let me know as soon as possible. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the clean will be charged at full price. This applies to all customers.

if you or your household are to ill to go to work or school, please contact us ASAP to cancel your clean.

If i am unable to access the property as arranged, the clean will be charged at full price.
